Interpersonal Effectiveness & Relationship Skills Group

The Interpersonal Effectiveness and Relationship Skills Group is a structured, weekly psychotherapy group designed to help individuals improve relationship functioning, emotional regulation within interpersonal contexts, and communication patterns that contribute to conflict, disconnection, or distress.

This group utilizes evidence-based interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care to help participants identify and change unhelpful relational patterns while developing healthier, more effective ways of connecting with others.

Participants will explore how thoughts, emotions, and past experiences influence current relationship dynamics and learn practical skills to improve boundaries, communication, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution.

Group reoccurring every other Wednesday from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm virtually.

This group is out-of-network with most insurance providers. A superbill will be provided upon request so clients may submit claims directly to their insurance for possible reimbursement based on their out-of-network benefits.
